Charlie Irving started in the restaurant and catering business 20 years ago, when he left 15 years of corporate management in Kroger Food to open up his first restaurant. Charlie’s passion for feeding people good food with fresh ingredients led him to getting started in the food business.

Charlie has had the pleasure of owning restaurants and catering companies in Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, and all over Texas. Many big names like President H.W. Bush, Yao Ming, NBA Hall of Famer Hakeem Olajuwon, and many many more have eaten Charlie’s food. Charlie’s Catering has served food for larger corporations, small companies, and provided quality food for schools. Continental/United Airlines, Southwestern Bell, HISD, Sugarland Food District and Fort Bend School District have all trusted Charlie and his staff with catering food for their events.
